Workflow Designer
Configure dispute lifecycle stages, transitions, and scheme clocks per direction. All changes apply to new dispute actions immediately — no code changes required.
Response windows (RFC / Chargeback / Representment / Pre-Arb / Arb / Merchant SLA) are now configured per reason code in Reason Code Configuration. Scheme clocks have been retired.
